My life has been a fascinating journey on the path to achieving my dreams. My background is a blending of psychology and social work. As a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Life Coach, I enjoy helping individuals and families sort through the clutter, reclaim much needed balance, re-invigorate their passion, and embark on new adventures. In fact, it was while training to be a Life and Career Coach through the Life Purpose Institute (approved by the International Coach Federation), I realized my own life purpose... to guide others on their journeys.
When life gets sidetracked, the people we meet, experiences we have, and lessons we learn make these off road adventures more valuable than anything we could have pre-planned. The key is to keep moving forward, especially when we doubt ourselves. We are the chief architects of our lives. By accepting that responsibility, I am truly living the life I have imagined.
